Online learning provides training while providing savings in time and money. Learn more about my experience developing online learning below.
“Online learning is rapidly becoming one of the most cost-effective ways to educate the world’s rapidly expanding workforce.” – Jack Messman, former CEO at Novell, Cambridge Technology Partners, Union Pacific Resources, Somerset House Corp.
eLearning is the method chosen for this training because of knowledge consistency. Learners could easily master the content on their own, and the content has a long shelf life. In this storyboard, I chose a picture to show the posture and gestures used to show active listening. Each frame pointed to a different aspect the listener could use to show active listening to the speaker. The learner then interacts with the picture to see specific examples of how one can physically show active listening.
